At EarthTab Business School, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and intellectually vibrant learning environment. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide behavior across all our platforms, programs, and events. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any EarthTab course or community, you agree to abide by the following code.

1. Respectful Communication

Treat fellow learners, instructors (including AI preceptors), and EarthTab staff with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

Avoid hate speech, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.

2. Academic Integrity Submit original work. Plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying assessments is strictly prohibited.

Do not share answers, assessments, or copyrighted content with unauthorized individuals.

AI-generated or human-assisted work must be acknowledged where applicable.

3. Appropriate Use of Platform Use the EarthTab platform, website, and tools only for educational and professional development purposes.

Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform operations or misuse course materials.

Do not spam, promote unrelated services, or advertise without written permission.

4. Professional Conduct Dress appropriately during video sessions or group calls (if applicable).

Show up on time, complete assigned tasks, and interact in a manner that reflects positively on you and the EarthTab community.

Maintain a clean digital presence if representing EarthTab on social media or in group activities.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy Respect the privacy of others, especially in group discussions or forums.

Do not record or share class materials, student data, or private communications without consent.

Protect your login credentials and report suspicious activity immediately.

6. Use of AI preceptors and Tools

Understand that AI preceptors are instructional tools, not personal advisors.

Engage responsibly with AI-generated content and verify information when necessary.

Avoid misusing AI tools to bypass learning or academic requirements.

7. Consequences for Misconduct

Violation of this Code may result in: A written warning

Temporary or permanent suspension from a course

Termination of access to EarthTab Business School programs

Legal action in cases involving fraud, abuse, or property theft

8. Reporting Violations

If you observe misconduct or experience inappropriate behavior, please report it confidentially to: contact@etbs.academy

9. Acknowledgment

All learners and participants are required to read, understand, and agree to this Code of Conduct prior to starting any course or program.
