4. Use of AI Tutors and Automation

Some or all content delivery may be powered by AI preceptors or automated systems. By using our services, you understand that: AI tutors are educational tools and not live human instructors

Responses may be generated based on pre-programmed content or models

EarthTab is not liable for any misinformation, misinterpretation, or lack of personalization by AI tutors

5. Code of Conduct You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

Harass, spam, or disrespect other learners or staff

Cheat, plagiarize, or attempt to bypass assessments dishonestly

Upload or transmit malicious software or unauthorized content

Violation of this code may lead to account suspension, course expulsion, or legal action.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments must be made through authorized channels. By enrolling: You agree to the pricing, terms, and refund policy stated at checkout

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Payment Policy

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access: If you violate these terms or our Code of Conduct

If required by law or court order

Without prior notice in cases of urgent risk or abuse

EarthTab Business School is not liable for: Losses due to your reliance on course content

Inaccuracies in AI-generated responses

Technical interruptions, system downtimes, or data loss
