DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

EarthTab Business School respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international best practices, we have adopted the following policy for handling claims of copyright infringement.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website or digital platforms infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated contact containing the following: Required Information: Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

The exact URL or description of the allegedly infringing material

A statement that:

“The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.”

2. Counter Notification Process

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter notification that includes: Your full name, address, phone number, and email

A clear identification of the content that was removed and its location

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a court in your country, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original claim

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

EarthTab Business School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, and may disable accounts that engage in persistent or intentional IP violations.

4. Good Faith & Abuse Warning

Submitting false DMCA claims or abusing this policy may result in legal consequences, including counterclaims, account suspension, and damages under applicable law.
