The Henry Arnhold Fellowship supports 8–10 entrepreneurial leaders each year who are developing high-impact, scalable solutions in climate change and conservation. The program provides funding, mentorship, strategic guidance, and networking to help fellows refine ideas and scale their initiatives globally.
Focus: Designing scalable solutions and strategies for maximum impact in climate and conservation
Format:
Two intensive, week-long workshops (start and end of fellowship)
Year-long one-on-one coaching on strategy and design
Engagement with peers, advisors, and the Mulago team
Cohort: 8–10 leaders per year
$100,000 unrestricted grant, paid upfront
Fully funded program (travel, accommodation, meals during workshops)
