Deadline: 3 November 2025
Cure Parkinson’s is inviting applications for its Quarterly Research Grant Funding Programme, supporting preclinical and clinical research focused on slowing, stopping, or reversing Parkinson’s disease. The programme is open internationally to both academics and commercial entities (with commercial applications expected to align costs with academic rates).
Preclinical Research: Grants up to £250,000, prioritising projects that could advance to clinical trials within five years.
Clinical Research: Funding available for trials and related sub-studies involving people with Parkinson’s.
Projects must aim to deliver disease-modifying therapies that benefit those currently living with Parkinson’s by preventing, slowing, stopping, or reversing disease progression (not just providing symptomatic relief or focusing solely on basic science).
Eligible projects include:
Clinical trials
Supporting sub-studies
Infrastructure projects
Preclinical studies with strong clinical translation potential (within 5 years)
Stage 1: Submit by email the application form, Drug and Compound CV (if applicable), and Commercial Entity form (for commercial applicants). Optional documents include investigator CVs, detailed budget, and supplementary materials (e.g., preliminary data, trial protocols).
Stage 2: Selected applicants will be invited to provide additional documents for final review.
