What is the Chevening Scholarship?
The Chevening Scholarship is the UK government’s flagship fully funded scholarship programme that allows exceptional individuals from over 160 countries to pursue a one-year master's degree at any UK university in any field of study.
It is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations. Chevening Scholars are handpicked for their academic merit, leadership potential, and commitment to creating positive change in their home countries.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country
Have completed an undergraduate degree (equivalent to a UK 2:1)
Have at least 2 years (2,800 hours) of work experience
Apply to 3 UK universities and obtain at least 1 unconditional offer
Return to their home country for at least 2 years after the scholarshipYes, if you already have a Master’s degree, you can still apply for Chevening, as long as the second degree supports your career goals and impact mission.
