What is the SAP Young Professionals Program?

The SAP Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a fully-funded, intensive 2-month initiative by SAP’s Digital Skills Center designed to develop career-ready SAP Associate Consultants across Africa.

If selected, you will receive expert-led training in SAP S/4HANA technologies, soft skills, and business consulting, all in preparation to work as a Functional or Technical SAP Consultant.

Upon graduation, SAP will work with you to connect you to job opportunities across its global network of partners and clients.

SAP Consultant Roles You Will Train For:

1. Functional Consultant
   – Specializes in areas like Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, etc.
   – Works on process optimization and ERP configuration.
   
   

2. Technical Consultant
   – Handles system development, customization, integration, and support.
   
   

As a consultant, you’ll contribute to SAP implementation projects, offer expert guidance, and support enterprise innovation using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, a cutting-edge ERP system powered by AI and advanced analytics.

Eligibility Criteria (2025 Cohort  Nigeria)

To be eligible, applicants must:

• 

  Have the legal right to work in Nigeria

• 

  Be currently unemployed or in a non-permanent/part-time job

• 

  Be a recent graduate (within 3 years) with a Bachelor’s Degree in:
  – Business Administration
  – Management Information Systems
  – Engineering
  – Data Science or related fields

• 

  Have a strong GPA (top 25% of class; proof may be required)

• 

  Be fluent in English (written and spoken)

• 

  Be interested in a tech career that may involve travel

• 

  Be available full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) during the program

Technical Requirement

A stable internet connection is mandatory as the program is conducted online in a live virtual classroom format.
