Term-based appointments with an initial duration of two years, extendable up to five years based on performance and organizational needs
Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid model: onsite and telework options
Teleworking associates are expected to visit the office at least three times a week or spend 60% of their work schedule onsite, at their own expense
