Program Overview & Work Arrangements

• Term-based appointments with an initial duration of two years, extendable up to five years based on performance and organizational needs

• Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid model: onsite and telework options

  • Teleworking associates are expected to visit the office at least three times a week or spend 60% of their work schedule onsite, at their own expense

You are eligible if you:

• Possess a Ph.D. in natural sciences or engineering or a Master’s degree in engineering earned within the last five years
