Program Overview

Lafarge Africa Plc invites suitably qualified Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders to apply for its eighteen-month multi-skilled vocational training program.

This program is designed to equip participants with relevant technical expertise and the right attitude to become self-employed or employable in various industries.

Training Disciplines include:

• Maintenance Processes – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding & Fabrication Technology.

• Cement Manufacturing Processes – Production, Process, and Quality.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have completed an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.

• Possess a minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and any other subject (in no more than two sittings).
