Objective:
Enable organizations to host Lazord Fellows, contributing to the professional and leadership development of young graduates while gaining an engaged, skilled team member who adds value to the organization.
Fellowship Scope: One-year regional program, placing selected graduates in local organizations working for social impact.
Training & Mentorship: Fellows receive continuous training and mentoring from the Lazord network to develop responsible leadership skills.
Networking Opportunities: Host organizations participate in Lazord’s regional training exchange program, providing exposure to professional development resources.
Supervision & Support:
Provide a supervisor to support the fellow’s personal, professional, and educational growth.
Offer on-the-job coaching and be reasonably available.
Educational Partnership:
Allow fellows time off for Lazord training sessions.
Offer orientation and guidance for the fellow.
Optionally participate in the training exchange program, where organizational staff can exchange training sessions with Lazord experts.
